Our aggregate liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the website (except where liability cannot be excluded for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or other non-waivable matters) shall not exceed the greater of one hundred United Arab Emirates dirhams (AED 100) or the amount you paid to us for the specific service giving rise to the claim in the twelve months preceding the claim. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Livera Clinic and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the website, your violation of any law or third-party rights, or content you submit, except to the extent caused by our gross negligence or willful misconduct.

Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
